Planning an event can be a stressful experience. Let Jessica's Cucina 's event manager, Aubrey Dalbec, take the stress off and help make your day everything that you envisioned it to be. Aubrey can assist with general planning, vendor coordination, setup/takedown, timeline matters, and much more.
SILVER PACKAGE Includes up to ten consultancy hours, including day of coordination. 75 people at final count. -$750
GOLD PACKAGE Includes up to twenty consultancy hours, including day of coordination. 75 -125 people at final count. -$1250
PLATINUM PACKAGE Includes up to twenty-five consultancy hours, including day of coordination. 125-200 people at final count. -$1500 *$10 added per person after 200
Packages all include day of point person to coordinate organization and timeline follow-through. Serves as contact person for all vendors and makes sure everything is going according to plan and timing. Also includes non-day of consultation to make sure consultant knows event day plans. Hours exceeding packages will be billed at $50 per hour. All packages include up to 30 miles of travel outside of Eagle River. Miles outside this will be billed accordingly.
Consultancy can be done outside of packages at the rate of $50 per hour. For every ten hours purchased ahead of time, $50 will discounted at final bill.
